I've been living at Maude Urban Living for a while now and really love it!! The studios are perfectly spacious, with a smart layout that makes them feel open and comfortable. The building is clean, quiet, and in a great part of Seattle. One of the best things is how close it is to the light rail, It’s super convenient for getting around the city or to the campus nearby. Management is also friendly and quick to respond if anything comes up. Overall, it’s a great spot for modern, easy city living!

Got stood up for an apartment tour, which already says a lot about the management and their reliability and professionalism. After receiving a tour confirmation/reminder email, I waited outside the building for almost 30 minutes. Repeated phone calls and emails to leasing office and property manager went unanswered, voicemail is full so you can’t even leave a message.

I lived here for a year and it was so happy!!, the management is very good and they respond quickly to every problem. The apartments are comfortable and have everything you need to live comfortably, the prices are good and the location is unbeatable, very close to the highway exit and close to the train. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around, I never felt disturbing noises in the building and the neighbors are all very quiet.

I would say this is a good transitional place to stay. Located in a wonderful area near Greenlake, and soon to be light rail station. So that’s a plus. Small units, laundry room isn’t great, but they did add a pet free machine. Management is pretty quick to respond to issues. Sadly not a great space for Covid times. Parking is rough around there nowadays. Car break-ins are a thing too. It is Pet friendly, which is cool. Even though I’m pet free. Not bad for students. Nice rooftop view.

This apartment building is small, there are only a few amenities such as a rooftop, package hub, shared laundry and bike storage.
The units are small but affordable. I rented a loft unit which felt more spacious. Utilities are included at a flat rate.
The appliances and finishes were pretty nice, but it is a new building.
I honestly dreaded doing laundry in the basement because other residents leave their laundry for hours and don't clean out pet hair and lint. It also costs $2.50 per load which can really add up.
Management and maintenance were generally responsive. There was one ongoing issue with another resident which was not resolved for 4+ months during my stay. This was strange as management doesn't seem to mind sending out unprofessional emails to the building accusing people of stealing packages weekly, yet they wouldn't address this issue with a resident who made everyone uncomfortable.
The building is pet friendly, which is clear because no one ever picks up after their dogs around the building.
There is a lot of construction going on this street, which makes parking difficult. The neighborhood itself is great minus the construction. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops in walking distance. Whole Foods and Bartells are nearby.
Overall this place is decent, clean and simple if you are okay with a small studio and building.
