Current resident in this building. The amenities are nice and the leasing staff plus concierge are friendly. But there are some fundamental problems in the building. The freight elevator has been broken for the last 3 months with multiple promises of it being fixed in the "next few weeks". With the freight elevator out, it's not uncommon to wait 10-15 minutes for the elevator over the weekend. Even with the freight elevator operational, the elevators are slow compared to other buildings. On top of that, the building has intermittent hot water and water pressure issues. Also the management conducts annual inspections saying they're required by city and state laws, even though I couldn't find any law which says that. I have lived in other buildings in Seattle and have never received an annual inspection notice. Despite the discount on rent in this building compared to others, I'd highly recommend not moving here.
