I'd implore potential renters to read the reviews that are not written by single-review spam bots to get a picture of what living at this facility is actually like. It's shambolic, dirty, noisy, misleading, and miserable. There's a reason that while rent at decent apartment complexes continue to skyrocket (similar monotonely-modern, "high-efficiency" studio mid 2010s builds within a 4-block radius are going for $1600-2000s) this place has a constant rotation of rooms sitting empty for months at a time when charging a fraction of the price. You get what you pay for and this place is not worth a penny of your money or a moment of your time.

This place is absolutely a gem! Everyone in the office is so helpful and nice and maintenance always comes within 24 hours. The whole team is amazing and makes living there a breeze. The grounds are beautiful and always maintained. They have an abundance of amenities and activities available throughout the month every month which are always a blast!

Front office is very helpful and its easy to get a hold of some one even during non office hours. The building is kept very clean. Everything is well kept. We had one problem with the heating and management fix it very quickly. We love that management will sign and hold packages for us. Great apartment and would recommend to anyone.

New and nice building in perfect location - walking distance to stores, bars, restaurants, parks, downtown. Secure building. Great studio spaces. I really enjoyed living at Vitality on Howell during the first few months I was there.
However, there were some disruptive neighbors that ruined the living experience for me. It forced me find somewhere else to stay and to pay a hefty fee to break my lease. The tenant would have his friends yelling from the street to be let into the building. The group would be up late night from 10pm to around 7am conversing loudly, fighting, yelling. Multiple complaints from multiple tenants were made but nothing was done. The situation likely could have been avoided with tenant screening taken more seriously. Beware if looking to move into this building!

I recently moved into an apartment here at Vitality on Howell. The look of the apartments are super nice modern finished and everything is super clean and new. There is also an elevator in the building as well which can be useful for moving. Also as far as city noise the neighborhood is pretty quiet besides construction which isn't bad at all with your windows closed.
Now to what I don't like and why this 4 star review is now a two...I've been here less than a month and I've noticed a lot of questionable people in and out of the property. Maybe I should have took the review about screening tenants seriously 🤷🏾♂️.
Additionally, the ceiling is thin and I hear every single stomp of my upstairs neighbor not sure if they are heavy footed or just the ceilings are that thin. I've lived in cheap older buildings and never heard it like this.
Also, people will be outside your window shouting to individuals upstairs. Which can be a little startling and kind of unnerving.
I've reached out to management and the issues have decreased by maybe 10% but still there.
My advice make sure you get a unit not facing the entrance and on the top floor or look to a different building, especially if you can afford it. I can't wait for my lease to end in 5 months will update this review if things get better.
