I had one of the best tour experiences at Modera thanks to Jesse! He is super knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to answer every little query one might have. The property itself is quite lovely, clean and well fitted and is super close to offices in SLU while still feeling quite residential. Even though my husband and I eventually decided not to go ahead with the apartment because we needed a patio and the unit available did not have one, Modera will always be on my radar for other apartments that might open up.
Modera South Lake Union is on Dexter Avenue North, in a neighborhood built around Lake Union, tech campuses, and quick downtown access. The University of Washington is about an 11-minute drive away.
