Fox and Finch

I lived at Fox and Finch for about a year, and it was a really good experience. Jason genuinely seems to care about the residents and community. It’s a smaller apartment building, so it doesn’t feel too hectic. The apartments are spacious, have nice finishes, and offer great value overall.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and have truly enjoyed my time at this apartment. The management and maintenance team are absolutely fantastic — friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Jason, Devan, and Helen have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure any maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and efficiently. They genuinely care about making this place feel like home, and it shows!

As a long-term resident, I can confidently say that the property management and maintenance teams here are exceptional. Whenever I've reported an issue, the team, led by Jason, has been quick to schedule the work. The maintenance staff always arrives on time and completes the tasks professionally and thoroughly. The property is well-maintained, and the management's proactive approach to upkeep is evident. I've found the entire team to be courteous, skilled, and resident-focused. Their commitment to continuously improving the resident experience is clear in their actions and communication.

The leasing office is quite responsive to emails and accommodating ad-hoc requests. The real MVP is the maintenance team. They're prompt, kind and helpful in resolving requests. Huge shout-out to Helen! I've had a pleasant experience in the 8 months that I've lived here. The location is fantastic, and the apartments are spacious and well-kept. Would recommend.
