We moved into Neptune Apartments over a month ago and reported several maintenance concerns shortly after move-in. While some issues were eventually addressed, the overall experience has been frustrating due to delays, repeated follow-ups, and lack of clear follow-through. Many items required escalation to regional management, and some still remain unresolved. One particularly concerning situation involved the heater. We initially reported that it was not working properly, and a repair was made. When the heater continued to malfunction and we asked for further attention, we discovered that a wooden block had been placed inside the heater unit, which raised serious safety concerns for us. The heater was later fixed, but only after escalation. What has been most disappointing is the amount of effort required just to get basic issues addressed, despite multiple assurances that things would be resolved. Sharing this experience factually for transparency and in hopes that responsiveness improves going forward.
