Not worth what you pay. Electrical bills will be insanely high during the summer months. No AC ports in any of the units, so you will be relying solely on one window that only cracks open to 45 degrees to cool down your entire unit. Sadly, many of the units have poor electrical wiring and failing circuit breakers. Be prepared that you will need to reset the circuit breaker upwards of 10x per day to keep your AC on. Residents are all trying to stay cool and the electrical system in this building is overwhelmed. Hallways are usually at a temperature of 88 degrees or higher even at night. There are no dark blinds/shades in any of the units, or, in the hallways close to windows. The only floor that gets a cooling air system is the first floor. Don't be fooled when you come for a visit.
