Do not move here. 1. This property will treat you like a child and not allow you access to your own property past 10pm. They will not let you hang out in the lobby, 6th floor or rooftop past 10pm, citing weird city regulations. Apparently every other property including The Waverly, The Spire, McKenzie, Kiara, don’t suffer from the same regulations. 2. Maintenance is extremely poor. In just the last 6 months, we’ve had 2 fires with multiple fire engines, plus a complete flooding of the 1st floor because of broken pipes, the burden of which they transferred onto the tenants. The additional sewer charge was prorated and added onto the tenants based on their square footage, very under the table and completely unlawful. Should I mention the ceilings arent even finished and literally have pencil/chalk markings on concrete? 3. The heating system is broken. The showers everyday are lukewarm at best even with constant maintenance requests, the hot tub is either out of service or not hot, and requests are usually ignored. 4. This is not skyglass’ fault, but they stage AMR ambulances at denny park right next door during weekdays and they blare throughtout the night making peaceful sleep impossible. 5. You might have seen Devin and Scott, two wonderful human beings in the other comments. They are incredible but have both left skyglass. Yeah, wonder why? 6. Need i mention this property is owned by greystar - one of the shadiest, greediest, corporate scam of a company in america. Stay far, far away. Their rents change every month, maintenance is terrible, policies are restrictive, and generally run everything in bad faith. Youre way better off going to McKenzie, the spire, even mark on 8th.
