Floor planThis is my second year at Tellus and I have also stayed at a sister property. The team is very helpful and friendly. The building is always clean and well-maintained and I always get quick responses when I need something in my apartment to be fixed. Great neighbours, location and units that are well-lit and ventilated.
The apartment itself is great, spacious, modern and all in good condition. The property manager and team are great, they often come in to fix things within days if anything comes up and maintain the property well! This was the best building out of 5 that I toured in the area. No extraneous amenities that you have to pay for and best of all, it doesn't have weird smells that the other ones did.
