I don’t live at the LeeAnn BUT I totally would. Mark was excellent and Scott seemed nice. I had an amazing experience with Mark, he took the time to tour me on a day and then my boyfriend and I on a separate day. He put so much energy with our tours and was so kind and helpful. He continued being helpful over the last few days, but my boyfriend decided we should stay at our complex. I’d recommend to come check out this hidden gem! Amazing amenities, spacious apartments & a supportive staff!

Lived here for 2 years and had very good experience. There’s a beautiful skyline view from the rooftop along with space needle view. Only downside is that its little expensive for what we get.

The LeeAnn is the best kept secret in Seattle, with a great location, all the amenities you could want, and the property is meticulously maintained! I’ve lived here for over a year now and I have literally ZERO complaints. Our new PM is so friendly and always available, the entire staff is Amazing, from reception to maintenance, I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. Today we received this thoughtful gift of appreciation and I just had to share. If you’re looking for a new apartment, The LeeAnn should be at the top of your list!

Erin and Mark are friendly, helpful, and get things done. Work orders are accomplished quickly and we appreciate it. The enmities that come with the beautiful apartment building is amazing. Love the roof top view the most. The apartment itself is awesome and modern! Love it here!

The management team at the LeeAnn is wonderful. Erin and mark made the move in process seamless. The building is incredibly nice and offers great views of the space needle from the incredible rooftop. Many of the apartments have LARGE private decks, with enough space for a full outdoor dining set and at least two couches.
