The Loop Apartments has been a great place to live so far! The unit is really nice - clean, modern, and feels like good value for the price. The location is also amazing! It’s a 2-minute walk to Green Lake, and just as close to grocery stores, a barbershop, and a bunch of other useful spots. Management has been super helpful since day one as well (Grace and Yona are amazing!), especially during my move-in. They made everything easy and have been quick to respond to any questions I’ve had. Maintenance is also really fast, which I’ve very much appreciated! Overall, it’s been a solid experience and I’m happy I ended up here.

I’ve lived at the loop for two years now and have zero complaints! Unit is new, good quality and location is perfect. Building management and maintenance has always been super responsive and kind. Kevin was great and the new manager Grace has also been really helpful since renewing my lease.

Staying at The Loop has been a great experience the past year for me. If you are looking for a smaller building with nice interior near Greenlake, this is the move. It’s very dog-friendly and the construction was very solid while living here (I rarely heard my neighbors). Grace has been the new property manager as of late and has made a lot of positive changes in the building, and been very easy to get in contact with.

I lived here for 2 years and here is my HONEST review.
Let’s start with pros:
- Location is great. Lots of cafes and super close to the lake, really nice, quiet area. Hard to beat.
- Common areas generally kept quite clean.
- Units are well constructed, appliances work well.
- Awesome rooftop grilling area, although you need to remind maintenance to refill the propane tank or buy your own.
Cons:
- In my 2 years here, the building went thought 5+ property managers. None of them stayed for more than a couple months. Even so, you RARELY see anyone in the office because the property manager manages multiple properties. Getting someone to pick up the phone is nearly impossible as well.
- Leaking issues. Our floor had a leak and it took months to fix, leaving a gaping hole in the hallway ceiling.
- Noise issues: subpar soundproofing
- Terrible online system management, from wrong billing charges to incorrect lease ends. Due to this, they incorrectly said I owed an extra months rent and I had to fight to get my security deposit back. If this happens to you, they’ll transfer your issue to a billing and collections department, who will demand you pay them with no regard for your situation even if it was their mistake.
- Very inflexible with rent increases - my first renewal was increased by 10%, and when I finally decided to not renew my lease the next year, management suddenly offered to lower my rent (what?)
I will say, a lot of these issues were manageable and the great location made it worth it at times.

Looks like a pretty nice unit one elevator one option for the stairs everything has key fob entry there’s also a touchpad directories at the front door sliding glass doors are out of most of the units home most of you not much parking but it’s one of the nicer buildings on the block for sure and I would definitely live there no problem nice and tidy there’s a Pilates hub next-door and possibly some topsail workout gym but it’s really nice four-star at least 4.5
