The Rocket

I had a mostly positive experience living at The Rocket. I stayed in a prefurnished apartment. Great location and the coffee shop it is above is great. Maintenance is nice and management was always responsive for me. The problem is that this apartment charges you for very minor things upon move out. I was charged because apparently the sink was clogged/dirty? Also was charged because I guess there were some small amounts of paint behind the bed that had chipped from the headboard. I think you're better off staying in a long term airbnb if you want something prefurnished. I can speak from experience that you don't get stuck with these move out charges for such small things with the airbnbs.
