My wife and I lived here for a year. Just got our deposit back so we can speak freely. The place is not worth the price point blank. Between the constant changing of building managers and that they have stated point blank that they would never have someone in office normally. Oh, let's not forget about how hard it is to get a hold of someone if you have questions, but the minute the company wants something all of a sudden they will blow you up on the phone and email.
The parking garage is a joke, I even found human feces next to my vehicle. Car windows were smashed. And they charge an inappropriate amount of money to park there.
The only reason this place got more than 1 star was the great people we met that lived there.
Find another place honestly.

Worst leasing team I have ever worked with. Booked appointment for the tour. Lisa confirmed time with me multiple times. Then canceled within two hours before the appointment because “agent” had conflict. I understood and booked a different slot next week 2-3 days in advance. She kept confirming about the time once a day and twice on the appointment day as well, and everytime I said I will be there. Then just 1-2hr before again tells me that agent “Ryan-Marie” has a conflict and had to cancel.
Clearly tells how the stay will be for the future tenants and how much they are going to prioritise maintenance requests when u actually start living there…lolz

This apartment is in a great location with amazing views! The new property management company has great customer service and is making updates throughout the building. It also has a trail right next to it that makes it fun and easy to walk our dog. 🐶

I lived at The Hudson for about a year and a half. Love the location, it is away of downtown but close enough to walk or bus. Fremont is about a 15 minute walk away, and South Lake Union is about 30 minutes away. The apartment is right next too the 62 bus root on Dexter, and the 5 and E line on Aurora Ave N.
The apartment is spacious and has a simple layout. My unit was renovated the year before I moved in, and has all new appliances. The gym has a small rock climbing wall in addition to the usual gym equipment. Amazon has a Hub locker in the main lobby, so packages get delivered any day to the building.
The new property managers (circa September 2020) have become much more engaged at improving the facilities. They are upgrading the buildings security equipment and repainting the hallways. I haven't had any issues with them.
The main drawback of the building is the lack of guest parking. Only two spots available in the evening on the property and the street parking on Birch Ave N is limited.
The photos posted show what my one bedroom looks like, and the view from the balcony.

Our apartment is nice, we have a nice view and all remodeled. The gym is clean and usefully. The issue is with management. They cannot keep a manager. They constantly have temps. The temps are not helpful. The staff isn’t available when you need them. There is no phone number provided for a manger. Packages get stolen. Cars get broken into and there is no recourse. We we went in to discuss our lease and the agent kept the video she was watching playing during our chat. Just unprofessional.
Update 6/17/19: Management has yet to reach out or even reply to my email.
