Really great experience so far at the Waverly! Nicholas and the leasing team are very helpful when responding to my questions and during move-in to ensure my experience is smooth! The maintenance team also responds to repair requests super fast.

Pros: location is great, close to all the things. Views are amazing from the top. Good amount of gym equipment. Management used to be a pro but not anymore. Read on.
Cons: Very very smelly for some reason, whether from the trash rooms or smells seeping in from other apartments. Lots of flies and gnats in the building in general, gym was full of spider webs and random bugs on a weekly basis. Air conditioning dripped a lot and there were horrible leaks in other units, causing residents to vacate. Units are tiny with no storage space for the money you spend. You can and will hear everything your neighborhood does, phone vibrations and sneezing. Forced to pay $75 for their internet that goes down often. Parking is $350 monthly. Appliances are energy efficient which means you can dry two shirts max and they’re still damp (this one is an exaggeration but you get it). There was a wonderful manager who helped me out a lot when I first moved in but that manager left, which was felt in the community. The maintenance team is always helpful and responsive but the people currently in the office ARE NOT.
Mark on 8th, across the street, has bigger units for a better price, more affordable parking, healthier attitudes, and friendly management. There is also a community called Leeward only a few blocks away that’s wonderful as well.
If you decide to move here anyway because it seems cute, you’ve been warned.

The Waverly has been a fantastic place to call home. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and well laid out, with plenty of room and the convenience of in unit laundry. Everything feels thoughtfully put together and easy to live in.The building itself is consistently well maintained. The fitness center is solid, the shared spaces are clean, and the whole place carries a calm, refined atmosphere. Management and maintenance have been reliable and professional, which makes everyday living here feel smooth and stress free.
But the real highlight the part that stays with you is the rooftop. The views are incredible, but it’s the rooftop basketball court that really sets this place apart. There’s something about stepping onto that court after a long day, seeing the Space Needle rising behind the hoop, that feels almost nostalgic like one of those childhood dreams coming to life. It’s iconic, and it never stops hitting you.

Nicholas the handyman onsite is AMAZING. He's always so helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure our unit is in tip top shape. Thank you Waverly team! Highly recommend living here!

I have been staying at the Waverly for the past couple of months and its generally been a pretty smooth and seamless experience. I had leased the apartment via Blueground, which has also been a pretty smooth experience. The apartment overall was exactly as described earlier, and the building facilities—the Gym, rooftop—are great, and well maintained.
While in this short period, I did encounter one scary situation when one evening I came back to my apartment, only to find significant water seepage inside the bedroom and carpet was soaking wet. I discovered this late night and was wondering if I would get any support from the waverly maintenance. Once I gave them a call, they were prompt to register the issue and to my surprise, one of the maintenance workers, Shak, showed up at midnight to look into the issue, which was a relief. The next morning, the maintenance lead, Nicholas, came over for an inspection and since then has gone above and beyond to assist me, both in terms of getting the apartment sorted in quick time and also helping me find an alternative for the interim. I really appreciate his responsiveness and commitment to help me through this period.
