The elevator has been down for 6 MONTHS. Completely destroying our quality of life. We can't grocery shop properly. There are elderly people in the building, and the residential part of the building starts on the 4TH FLOOR. There are also animals in the building. They keep telling us that one elevator is fixed and it just needs to pass inspection, HOWEVER, there will need to be 2 functioning elevators in order to pass inspection... This is LAW! And they have no intention on getting the other elevator fixed in order for the ONE to pass inspection. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll have a working elevator anytime soon. It's completely unfortunate because the apartments are beautiful. Matt the owner, just needs to file for bankruptcy and get it over with so we can have a quality of life again!!
