Our time here was good. Not perfect, but nothing bad at all. We happened to move in right before the change in management, which is often a worrying thing. Payton was amazing, responsive, and helpful, and we soon learned that Paige and Tiffany were just as great. Without a doubt, we had a few issues with the unit, which, although concerning, for the most part, were promptly and professionally resolved by a 24/7 maintenance crew. Units are spacious and clean, but be sure to check your window frames and identify any holes before winter. All in all, considering the location and price point, it is an option to consider if you are looking for a loft downtown and don't mind the occasional devil's lettuce smell in common areas. 3.5/5
