My daughter has lived at this apartment complex for four years. For the first three years, it was a very positive experience. The property was well-maintained, and we felt comfortable knowing she was living in a safe and healthy environment. Unfortunately, this fourth year has been extremely disheartening. Ongoing construction has significantly impacted the quality of living, and there has been little to no accountability from the staff in addressing concerns related to safety, health, and basic maintenance. Most concerning is the lack of security. Transients have been present in the parking garage and are entering the building, which raises serious safety concerns. Despite multiple attempts to contact management to report this and seek direction on how these issues are being handled, no one has answered or returned my calls. The lack of response when resident safety is at risk is unacceptable. It is deeply disappointing to see such a decline after several good years. What was once a place I felt confident about has now become a source of ongoing concern. I sincerely hope management takes responsibility, improves communication, and prioritizes the safety and well-being of their residents - the only answer they give is to call City of Tempe- I truly believe ATMOSPHERE should advocate for safe - healthy place for these kids to live

I have been paying rent at Atmosphere for five years since the property opened. The last four years have been great; however, this school year has been horrendous. There is a new high rise being built next door (literally outside the windows on the east side of the building). The construction is all hours of the night. When residents complain to Atmosphere staff, they do NOTHING and refer them to City of Tempe. Parents have left multiple messages for Atmopshere management to complain but they do not return calls. Apparently they have a permit to work 24 hours a day! Residents have complained NUMEROUS times to City of Tempe and nothing has been done. Meanwhile, residents are awake ALL hours of the night because of the constant banging. Construction workers have even filmed residents in their rooms! Again, Atmosphere Tempe does NOTHING to help the residents. I’m paying $1,600 per month for no sleep and constant frustration. If you want to sleep, do not rent at Atmosphere. I have videos of the noise in the middle of the night but unfortunately, it does not allow me to upload videos.

I really, really enjoy living here. There have been minimal inconveniences and so many amazing experiences. The staff is amazing, communication is easy, and everything truly feels like home. I’m so grateful to be part of this community!! If you need a sign to live here, this is it!

I’ve had a really great experience living at Atmosphere. The building is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the amenities make it a comfortable place to live. The staff is friendly and responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance, which makes a big difference. I also appreciate the sense of community here and how convenient the location is, everything I need is close by. Overall, Atmosphere has been a great place to call home and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a nice apartment living experience.

Atmosphere Tempe has amazing views, an extremely friendly management and staff who has always worked with me and went above and beyond to resolve any and all concerns. The 20th floor here is spectacular and one of my favorite places to go and study. If you can find a room that meets your needs and fits your budget I can’t recommend them enough! 👍👍
