I have been renting here for a year. The apartments are very spacious and well illuminated with brand new and good quality appliances. I haven't faced any major maintenance issues so far and the maintenance staff was quick to follow up on the minor ones I contacted them about. They do a good job of keeping the community clean. One thing to note is that parking is paid in a designated spot selected on first come first served basis. Visitors also need to pay for parking. Another thing to note is that pigeons can make patios their home if you are away for extended periods and I haven't found a good service that helps in getting rid of them and cleaning the mess. So, you'll need to take care of that by yourself. Otherwise, my experience here has been great. Kudos to Noelia from the leasing management for going above and beyond in providing information about the apartments and making my move in process smooth!
