Cape Cod Apartments

My partner & I had the pleasure of renting with both Cape Cod and their Mesa location (San Jose) We have been renting with them for over two years and I would highly recommend the complex to anybody who is looking for a home! Complex is clean, well kept, no bugs, and maintenance crew is very nice as well. Mia made our lease process super easy and she always does her best to keep everyone happy at the complex. Loved that there is a brewery right across for the days when I didn’t want to cook. Does get busy on weekends or when they have events but overall it’s not too noisy. Area in general is quiet and calm and really liked that there is a small park a few blocks down 1000/10 experience 👍🏼
