Property was absolutely beautiful I love the pink vibe everywhere! The community is super sweet. The apartment complex is very well kept by maintenance Great job! Manager Sai was so sweet and polite! Absolutely love the customer service from this place. Would definitely rent here in the future!

Please think twice before living here! I had lived here for a year before I was able to move out. Roaches were a constant problem even after pest control (understandable in old buildings though), massive footprints indented into my floor and the flooring was incredibly uneven in my unit. The biggest one for me is that I wasn’t able to control the temperature even though the model unit had an ac control, I just had a fan control on high medium or low and management decided when that would be AC or heat. Water had to consistently be turned off when they were working on it. Rent was also much higher than my current apartment which is just as close to asu. $250 monthly flat utility rate is crazy when you can hardly even control the temperature in your apartment. The area was not safe and the security they promise is non existent.

Great experience with the management team here. Fermino has always been responsive, respectful, and helpful. Any issue I had was handled quickly and professionally. Really appreciate his support.

Decent complex, had a few incidents here. But the UVA team responds quickly and communicates well. The pool is nice along with the grill area.

Living at University Valley Apartments has been such a positive experience! From the moment I moved in, the staff made me feel so welcome—they even surprised me with move-in gifts for my new apartment. Being new to Arizona, I had a lot of questions, and the team was always patient, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed. Their kindness and support really made the transition so much easier, and they truly made the place feel just like home. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here!
