I had a good experience. Decently priced for student housing and staff is extremely nice. Very difficult to switch rooms if you have conflicts with your roommate and they try to squeeze every last dollar out of you

From a first time experience and not living there yet, all of my friends and I love it. The complex looks nice and all of the staff are really patient and kind. Huge shoutout to our boy, Garrett, who helped my friends and I through all of our leasing assignments. He walked us through everything and spent several hours with us, making sure that the rooming assignments we got were what we wanted and making sure we did everything in the lease correctly. Thanks, Garrett!

The complex is one thing but the workers are another. Huge shoutout to Garret for being the absolute greatest at Vertex Apartments. When I came in to sign a lease with my friends, Garret was working and helped us through the entire process. He answered all of our questions and displayed an impressive amount of patience to ensure our leasing and room assignments were set to our preference. Thank you Garret.

The facility is clean and well upgraded. Overall a very nice place that's well priced. The major glaring issue Vertex is their maintenance. Not only is the A/C always going out but whenever you have an issue, it takes them days to respond. When my refrigerator went out, I submitted my request at 9 am and had to call around 2 in the afternoon to be told that maintenance was aware and would be there by 4. At 430 I called again only to be told that they went home for the day and would be there in the morning. We played this game for 5 days before they even showed up. Then it took 3 more days to get it fixed. Absolutely horrible care of their residents by maintenance.

Recently a friend moved here. The Apartments are in good shape and great interior and exterior. The pool in the middle with trees around forms a great imagery. The lift is also fast and opens both side. The club is awesome to hang out and party. It's hard to shift things from parking to the house as vehicle entry is not possible. The security with card access is good as well. The rooftop is also a great spot to chill.
