I had a good experience. Decently priced for student housing and staff is extremely nice. Very difficult to switch rooms if you have conflicts with your roommate and they try to squeeze every last dollar out of you
From a first time experience and not living there yet, all of my friends and I love it. The complex looks nice and all of the staff are really patient and kind. Huge shoutout to our boy, Garrett, who helped my friends and I through all of our leasing assignments. He walked us through everything and spent several hours with us, making sure that the rooming assignments we got were what we wanted and making sure we did everything in the lease correctly.
