I feel like 3 stars is a pretty accurate rating. EDIT: I’ve lowered it to 2 stars, simply because of the increased theft in the building, I’ve had to reorder amazon packages and refund Uber Eats orders multiple times in the last 2 months bc of the thieves who can just come in and scoop up the packages then walk out. I even caught one of the guys steal my Uber Eats order red handed! Not to mention the rumors of peoples cars getting broken into, is there no security? Or do they just not care? Idk but I’m highly disappointed. Previous Review: From my personal experience no major issues, like leaks, bad smell or broken appliances. However if your moving here please understand that this is more of a luxury college dorm than a luxury high rise building. If I still went to college I would probably rate this building a bit higher, but since im an old man now (23) I've grown out of living with college frat boys who treat the elevators and common areas as a garbage can. Views are fire tho, location is perfect, gym is cool, pool is cool but its never open, the "project balcony" situation was awful. They didn't even do anything to the balconies! They just made a bunch of noise and drilled two random holes in my patio for 3 months, I guess they were making them tighter? IDK Overall I give it 3 stars, if I were an ASU student I'd probably stay all 4 years, but as a grown man 23 and up I would not recommend living here unless your a dropshipping bro, then you can live in the penthouses until you make enough money to move to Miami lol.

I genuinely cannot wait for my lease to end so I can get out of this place. For $2,400 a month, basic living standards should not be optional. The showers are consistently freezing—not slightly warm, not lukewarm, but straight-up cold. This is an ongoing issue, not a one-time inconvenience. On top of that, the building hides behind random, unexplained fees that make absolutely no sense. The HVAC cooling charge is somehow calculated based on how many occupants live on my floor instead of my actual usage. Please explain how other people’s habits should affect my bill. That’s not utility billing—it’s extortion. Amenities are another joke. The pool was closed for months, despite being a major selling point when leasing. Common areas are poorly maintained, and sanitation is clearly lacking. I have personally seen cockroaches in the building. The final straw was walking into the steam room and seeing four cockroaches inside, which raises serious concerns about how often, if ever, these areas are properly cleaned or sanitized. I never went back, and frankly, no resident should feel comfortable using shared facilities under those conditions. There is zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero justification for charging luxury prices while delivering subpar living conditions. Once my lease is up, I’m gone—and I strongly recommend anyone considering this building think twice before signing.
