Stopped by Yugo Tempe Villas today and was greeted by Lisa, the leasing agent, and Jon, the leasing manager. Both were super friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. When you visit a property, especially as a vendor, it can sometimes feel like an interruption, but their warmth and professionalism really stood out. You can tell they take pride in what they do and work well together. Great atmosphere and a strong team all around. Ryan AJ Employment Services

I never write reviews, now I have to, just to warn anyone considering moving into Yugo Tempe Villas. My experience has been so terrible. I was stuck in my lease, forced to pay $300 and find someone to take it over—even though the living conditions here are awful. The apartment is full of bugs and cockroaches. Oneday, the office allows maintenance or vendors to enter without care. They came in, turned on our AC, and left the main door wide open. That time we were away for three days, then we returned to find the door still open and the AC running nonstop, this is the highest electricity bill we’ve ever had. Maintenance is slow, unresponsive, and careless. Once, our ceiling had a water leak. They showed up and said they didn't see any water leaking, then left and never returned. I can't believe what I heard. The leasing staff is unprofessional, and doesn't care about us. I can’t wait for my lease to end so I can move out. Please, don’t make the mistake I did. There are plenty of better options in Tempe around the same price range where you’ll actually be respected and get a livable space. This is not a home at all—it’s a nightmare. Highly recommend avoiding Yugo Tempe Villas.
