Secure... But a lot of sketchy people outside. The hallways are not temp controlled, and when it's warm, they kinda smell. Same with the elevators. Studio apts are a decent size. The steps to get in from the front are very steep, so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues - there is a garage entrance, too, I believe, but I am not sure what that is like. Street parking is usually available - except when there is a game at the field nearby... Then, good luck....
