I wanted more information about this apartment building so I called in. I spoke with a young lady named Gracie. Can I just say that I am blown away by the customer service from her. She was incredibly helpful and answered every single question that I had. She was super patient with me, as this is my first time moving down to San Diego as a College Student. On top of that, she was super nice over the phone and definitely very inviting. I am highly considering Monte now because of the experience I had with Gracie over our phone call. Thank you!
Monte sits on Montezuma Rd, the College Area corridor that runs right past San Diego State. Campus is about a 4-minute drive or a 16-minute walk, with College Ave's restaurants and coffee shops close at hand.
