For the extremely overpriced housing, lack of guest parking, and cheaply painted walls, Enolia just isn’t worth it. Don’t be fooled — yes, Enolia looks like regular apartments, but all the on-campus housing rules still apply. The walls stain easily;I don’t believe there’s any top coat on the walls… if you so much as touch them, you’ll notice marks or oil spots. Hallways are constantly being repainted or repaired, which says a lot about the building’s upkeep. Parking is another major issue. I currently have to drive a rental car, and even though I pay for parking, I haven’t been told whether I’ll get any accommodations to park behind the gate. Street parking is available but extremely limited. They regularly call tow trucks, so there’s always anxiety about whether your car might get towed or impounded. For students, it’s stressful and disappointing to have to worry about that on top of everything else.
