how these rankings workupdated monthly

These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

the gist Reviewers say the staff—particularly Keycia, Justin, and Teardra—deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness. The location is convenient, and residents praise the bright, well-designed layouts, rooftop views, and quiet study areas, though some note the kitchen is compact and the building shows age-related quirks.AI-generated from student reviews
