Although the management is good, the rent increased even though there are multiple constructions projects on the same block as the apartment building. It is also very difficult to sublet the apartment.

I like how close the building is to the university's campus. The people who respond to work orders are always nice and fast. The biggest problems are that the rent is too high, especially compared to other buildings in the area and the construction happening right nest door. The reason I am changing apartments after my lease is up is because the rent increased even though the construction is very disruptive to living here.
