I’ve had a great experience with the place. very confused about some of the bad review, they all read kinda petty to be honest. management and maintenance have always responded quickly and have always been very helpful

The Soto is a complete scam. The pictures make it look nice but it’s a total hole. My roommate and I got placed in a four bedroom with random people after signing a lease for a two bedroom. They did nothing to fix this. The walls are paper thin, most windows face concrete walls, and the construction is so flimsy that bugs can crawl in anywhere. The new management is somehow worse than the last. So expensive just for another big heartless real estate company. None of this is the fault of the kids/students who work there however, just the management.
