the gist Reviewers say the location is exceptional and the building iconic, with one specifically praising it for LGBT students and noting great accessibility. However, some mention drawbacks: older structure, no elevator (making the 4-story climb tedious), sloped floors causing issues, and difficulty finding it initially.AI-generated from student reviews

Earls has the best ambiance and happy hour! Amelia and Savanna are the best! Brunch is great! We had a group of 20 and they sat us in 10 minutes! Great service and food! 10/10

Good for LGBT students living on campus. The location is probably the best on the whole campus and everything is incredibly accessible. There's no elevator, making the 4-story climb a little tedious, but it gets easier every day. Close proximity to EMU, LLC, Unthank, and the Knight Library also give it a +1. A bit of an older building, it's not perfect. The floors slope on the higher stories, causing drawers to slowly pull themselves open. It's still an amazing building with great views, a great location, and great people.
