Best move we’ve made! If you want excellent service, friendly staff, and high end finishes you’ve come to the right place. The leasing process was straight forward and clear. And the move in process, despite being in the heat of July, was as comfortable as could be. The staff even helped us move some of our things up and made sure the appropriate elevators were reserved! Honestly if you’re thinking about moving to Millhouse, do it!

I cant put into words the depth of compassion and professionalism. The team balances the business of running an apartment building with the energy and passion of truly being a neighbor and friend. But I am getting ahead of myself... First let me point out the bad and give an honest assessment. My microwave is like a Metallica concert and... let me see what else... The workout room is beautiful but I am too lazy to use it. True story those are my only complaints. My apartment is beautiful, the place is peaceful, and I have had no issues with crime or rude neighbors. The team is incredible. Drew is the definition of class and professionalism. The glue that keeps the building social through events like the book club. Dravens honesty and compassion. The ability to cheer you up on the worst days. The shinning light. Susies energy and positive outlook on life. She showed me the apartment and made sure that I had everything I wanted and needed. Katherine the CEO and leader. Her focus on providing value for her team and every neighbor. This is not an apartment building. This is a home. This is a family. If I had to use three words to describe this place its Professionalism, Class, and Compassion. There are very few places and teams that can balance business professionalism and true compassion. This is that place.
