A two-story house with tan and brown siding, a covered front porch, and a second-floor wooden balcony—perfect for student housing. The house has large windows and sits next to a red-painted home on a residential street.

I am a co-signer for my college student and live out-of-state. Their customer service is excellent, the online portal has more than enough info. I was able to set-up rent payments on autopay and it even shows a detailed breakdown of the utilities so I know exactly what I'm paying for. The place is clean and well taken care of and the staff responds in a timely manner. They also provide regular updates (emailed) which helps me stay informed of activities, updates, or reminders. My daughter loves it and was paired with roommates whom have become great friends. This is a great place to work with for out-of-town parent cosigners as well as for college kids looking for a safe and comfortable place to live.
