I've been living here for a week now and it has been an amazing experience. Apartment is luxury, furnished (comes with kitchen cutlery, pots, pans, bedroom equipment, desks, chair, storage equipment). All the appliances are high end, maintenance is quick and helpful. Apartment includes access to the Roof, Mailroom, and Fitness Center (bike + free weights + Tonal software equipment), everything is super clean and well organized. Move in process was very very simple and easy to work with thanks to the Property Manager Mia, as she is super friendly, caring, and quick in answering questions. This was my first move to the states and she has helped out tremendously. I highly recommend this apartment for long term and short term as they offer leases for both furnished and unfurnished apartments. The neighbourhood is nice, a few homeless but not an issue, and close to the bus stop, groceries, gym, library, restaurants, etc. Overall, very satisfied with this apartment.

Moving into Oslo Apartments has been a breeze! The process was fast and smooth—right after we submitted our application, everything moved along quickly. So far, it’s been a great experience. Kyle, the previous property manager, unfortunately left the same day we moved in, but Yona, the area property manager, has been amazing. She’s been super helpful and responsive. We really appreciate all the tech features—there’s an app for submitting maintenance requests and paying rent, plus another app for building access. You can even text the property management team during business hours, which makes communication easy and convenient. The apartment itself is just like the photos—everything looks great. The rooftop is a highlight, and we love the view from up there. So far, so good! We’ll update the review if anything changes, but we’re very happy with our experience so far.
