I lived at 624 Yale for about a year and overall had a good experience. Management was friendly and professional — Kendra, Stephanie, and Angelic made both the move-in and move-out process smooth. Maintenance was very responsive, fixing a plumbing issue within 24 hours on a weekend. The amenities (gym and rooftop) are nice. The only downside is that the common areas don’t have WiFi, so they’re not usable for working remotely. If you have a bike, I wouldn’t store it in the garage since there’s no secure bike cage. Someone attempted to steal mine (it was thrown on the ground and the wheel was disconnected), but it wasn’t taken because it was properly locked. The location is nice and relatively quiet. It’s not in the middle of SLU or downtown, but it’s close enough to walk. Overall, this is a solid building that I would recommend.

I’ve had a very positive experience living at 624 Yale. I first moved into unit 626 in June 2025 and was very comfortable there, but after a while I realized I needed a bit more space, so I recently transferred to unit 920. The leasing team made the transfer process much easier for me. Angelic has always been kind, patient, and very responsive, and she helped me with all the important steps for the transfer. Jason was very helpful with my transfer situation and made me feel supported as a resident. Emmanuel also helped a lot by showing me the new unit, testing everything, and making sure I felt comfortable before moving. Overall, I really appreciate the management team here and I’m happy to continue living at 624 Yale. Thank you, Angelic, Jason, and Emmanuel!
