Just wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance tech, David. He came to my apartment yesterday & replaced a ballast in the fluorescent light fixture in my kitchen. He was friendly, courteous & did a great job! It made for a pleasant experience!

Stephanie and Shelby were awesome they made us feel like we have been living there for years. Their personalities matched ours. They were very informative. They made us feel like family.

Ali has been a wonderful property manager. She is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and professionally, and she goes out of her way to make the community feel welcoming. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it makes a big difference living here.

If I could put 0 stars I would. 100% don’t recommend these apartments at all! At least half the people that live here are dealers and the ceilings are VERY thin to the point you can hear conversations above you. Had issues with our upstairs neighbors where they would blast music non stop and called the front office at LEAST 14 times about them to tell them to turn it down cause I work from home which you guessed it, they did nothing. Only one time did they come over to hear it for themselves and agreed with us that it was too loud and yet they are STILL doing it. Horrible team that can’t even help you out when you need it most
