I liked living here, but it’s not the best and I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it. We had 4 girls living in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment to save money, so our rent was cheap, but in general, rent can get up there if you want private rooms. Moreover, the plumbing was an old

patchwork monstrosity. My boyfriend looked at it and went, “What even is this?” They keep patching up any problems that occur instead of doing the full overhaul the system needs, but even the building managers concur: at some point, the plumbing will majorly break and you’ve gotta hope you don’t live in the building when it does. The building is very old and smells like weed. The paint in the bathroom is peeling. The toilets by the gym are often broken. The building managers are great and very willing to work with you. I’m happy there’s on site laundry, but it cost money and I usually did my laundry at my grandparents’ house instead.

Is a great beautiful place to live it has marbles place in side like the media room and the fitness room as well the two over view sky decks that Sharma any spetatasion of the Salt Lake city over view of the high raise building on down,the refills places

are closed by short walking and driving as well great costumer service at time and update. Fabulous 👌 place.

I have been at the Landing for almost two years now. The new management has definitely stepped up and solved some of the issues. However, I cannot recommend them as we were just given notice that we all have to move out before the fall for the building to undergo

renovations. Extremely unprofessional to give us less than a semester's notice to move out and find a new place to live.

Very clean and nice place to stay. Staff is very welcoming and kind and willing to help with whatever problems may arise, though I won’t lie I have had absolutely zero problems since moving here 5 months ago. Would recommend!

Worst place I have ever and will ever live. Arrived to a paintbrush in my room, terribly messy, they do not care about their residence at all. It is loud, hard to sleep, messy, smelly, and frankly not worth living at. So many nicer apartments and for the price they

do not have any standards, good luck living here. I pray that all future students avoid this place at all cost. I literally can not emphasis this anymore please stay away from the landing.
