My son is a senior at NAU and has lived at The Jack for the past three years. Our experience has been excellent. The property is always clean and well maintained, and its location is ideal - just minutes from both campus and downtown. Management has been very responsive and helpful whenever we've needed assistance. Overall, it's been a safe, convenient and comfortable place for my son to live. I highly recommend it to other students and parents.

Does anyone even work here? Emailed about issues several times and trying to get help with roommates and I don’t even get acknowledged. Do better. Won’t be recommending this place to any friends or family going forward. This place is hell.
