The staff at the Standard is amazing! We sold Girl Scout cookies there and they were all so helpful! They really went above and beyond to support us and make sure we had everything we needed. They even gave us pizza :) Specifically-speaking, Brody, Micah, Gabe, Erick and Lala were outstanding! All the residents here seem very happy and we can tell why!

The team at the Standard is phenomenal! I’ve received a multitude of gift baskets from them in exchange for occasional baked treats. Jon and Micah especially are extremely attentive, thoughtful, and are always helpful. The events, like hot cocoa bars and bouquet making, are lovely to attend and I look forward to each of them. I love living here and the staff make it even better :)

The place looks nice but just isn’t. I don’t even know the last time the hallways on my floor got cleaned, but hey at least the first floor where they take future residents on tours look pristine.There has been splashes of something in the hallway of my floor for about two weeks now, which is funny considering they sent out an email addressing residents complaints about the poor maintenance and cleaning. Says maintenance and staff would be walking hallways to inspect and cleaning would happen twice a month, but doesn’t seem like that’s happening. Priorities for the cleanliness and look of the place aren’t there. Flooring was being updated yet the water dispenser by the gym has been broken for some time now, treadmills and stair master machines constantly not working, the doors to the parking garages are constantly broken, and more. Oh also good luck if you step into the wrong stairwell, you probably won’t be able to get back in since half the doors are broken. Almost all the responses to reviews says how they are actively working to improve these issues, yet there has been no improvement. Some amenities have also not been useable for basically 3/4 of my time here. I also got towed from my parking spot I pay monthly as I never received my parking pass, while none of the cars on the first floor 11pm cutoff were towed. 300 dollars on top of the already expensive cost of rent. Reached out about this and have heard nothing back. Not to mention the highly predatory towing company they are contracted with. When talking to the front desk about it all I got was an “oh. here” basically, which felt very dismissive. Pretty disappointed with my time here so far, I was planning on renewing for my last year in Flagstaff, but quickly changed my mind after this situation. This place is not worth the price.

Zuri and Jon are amazing people to interact with. they make the standard feel more welcoming than the other apartments I have lived in while attending university. The hot cocoa event was something pleasant to walk into after a really rainy day.

This is my first apartment I've had, and my experience could not have been better! I've had such a pleasant experience with the staff, Including Zuri and Jon who have been so helpful and understanding with life situations! They host events pretty often and supply yummy snacks and you can go there and ask any questions you may have. 10/10 would recommend.
