2025 BYU Contracted Off-Campus Housing

Check out the new official 2025 - 2026 BYU-approved housing.
In the wake of BYU’s massive housing changes, we are excited to announce the apartment complexes that are BYU’s new Contracted Off-Campus Housing. As part of this change, BYU announced that BYU students will only have to live in BYU Contracted On-Campus or Off-Campus Housing for their first year of school. At the same time, non-BYU students will no longer be allowed to live in BYU Contracted Housing. Here at Find My Place, we want to make your apartment shopping experience as painless as possible, so we are rolling out a feature on both the Ratings and Marketplace that will allow you to filter the findings by whether or not they are BYU Approved. So incoming freshmen, fear not. We have everything you need to find the best housing for you, BYU approved. Find My Place — By Students, For Students
Colton Hibbert is the founder and CEO of Find My Place. He started it after getting burned by the usual student housing routine: hidden fees, staged photos, and a leasing office that stopped answering the second the lease was signed. So he built the platform he wished he'd had. Today he sets the strategy and keeps the whole company pointed at one job, making off-campus housing something students can actually trust. He writes here about where the student housing market is headed and why FMP is built the way it is.
