I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. The property is genuinely one of the most beautiful, well-kept spaces I’ve lived in; clean environment, great energy, and amenities that actually feel premium instead of just being listed on paper. What really makes this place stand out is the staff, and specifically Chanda. She’s warm, genuine, attentive, and one of the most understanding people I’ve interacted with in property management. She’s actually the reason I decided to extend my lease. Having someone like her on site gives you the kind of peace of mind that’s rare. Anyone would be lucky to live at a property where the team shows up the way she does for her residents. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Chanda and staff has been so helpful since the first day I moved in and continued to be understanding. Lived here for a year; I loved all the amenities, the apartments are modern and stylish. They have regular fun resident events and very responsive on questions or concerns through their portal. They have pool, fitness center and pet friendly :) looooove the parking garage! The charging stations for my electric car are definitely a plus, also this is very close to all the fun things that Arlington has to offer :)

I just moved out after living here for 14 months. I haven’t had many issues with this place, and am here to give an honest and transparent review. I saw a review about roaches, the apartment is NOT roach infested. I have seen first hand what a “roach infestation” is.. and here is NOT it. The roaches you see are normal water bugs.. not the roaches that infest apartments. Good luck finding an appt that isn’t infested, I got lucky here with the Truman. Living on the first floor, you can expect some occasional bugs. With the humidity and summer it will happen, doesn’t mean there is an inside roach issue. The staff has been extremely kind and accommodating to me, even maintenance. I have enjoyed my time here, and everybody minds their own business. Just keep your apartment cared for, treat the staff how you want to be treated, and you’ll see this place isn’t what the bad reviews make it out to be

Chanda is amazing. She helped us find our apartment, kept us in mind for a unit that would become available a month or two later, and emailed us right away. She is an excellent example of an efficient and effective apartment manager. I love the apartment I am staying in. It is clean, well maintained, the facilities are great, maintenance is quick and efficient, and so far there have been no pest problems. The garages, which they do not charge extra for, have ample parking space and are very spacious. Coming home feels like returning to a true place of safety and calm, and I am very happy to be here. I have met residents through community events, like a free pizza party, who have been here for more than five years, and they assured me I would not regret living here. I completely agree. I am very happy to be staying here and hope to continue may residence here for a long time.

They WILL CHARGE for normal wear and tear of unit! My mom had the carpets steam cleaned and they still charged her for carpet cleaning and paint touch ups that are normal and “House Keeping plus appliances”. This is unacceptable and any and all former tenants her should consider filing a compliant with the Texas Attorney General and a BBB complaint. Adding photos of how clean the unit was left vs what my mom was charged for. 95 for house keeping plus appliances 111.15 for paint 50 for carpet cleaning Oh and if you question them on it… they say they charge everybody and nobody ever gets their deposit back. They don’t show you any proof of work they’ve done or why they’re charging you. So it’s really a non refundable deposit. Updating: In Texas, landlords can't deduct from a tenant's security deposit for normal wear and tear, but they can for damage exceeding that, including negligence, carelessness, accident, or abuse. You’re charging tenants fees to assist in the cost of “make ready” and that is unlawful charging practices and that is the issue.
