Never got the chance to tour . I made the appointment for the tour days before .. She told me to call to confirm for the day of so she can make sure I’m coming. And I was really interested in leasing … I called 3 times placed on hold for once and then hung up on the other 2 no answer and to voicemail .. the reviews don’t lie obviously..

We have not determined to move here or not, but Angie has been beyond phenomenal. She was prompt, kind, professional, and is continuing to work with us. In the short time we were there, you could tell that she was building a community. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her. (The 4 stars is only because we have not moved in and are still looking around)

Glad we were able to move in & out where we did. Upper management not friendly at all, poor maintenance staff is busy with back work orders. Tried to evict us over a ballooned amount & even when we went to court then appealed, still got harassed. Management still sending mail & emails to my mother and we BEEN MOVED OUT since December 23rd. Talking about still need to go to court, for what? I get we all forgot to return the keys when we were supposed to, but the office still got the keys recently, so we're not going to court, so these communications needs to stop, or my mother will be doing a Cease & Desist. If anyone gets leased #142, pick somewhere else because between the neighbors on the right side and their MMA fights (constant DV incidents) & occasional heavy footed lady upstairs with her kid and hyper dog, you'll have headaches. And let's not forget the constant bug & termite visitors that pop up.

I helped my daughters find this place. When texting the person regarding roaches. He LIED! they have seen roaches. #2 when they got in the apartment it had not been cleaned. The floors were dirty and there are spider webs everywhere. You mean to tell me after all they paid to get in, no one respected their money enough to make sure the apartment wasn’t cleaned?! Ridiculous #3. The top lock is loose! Now something like that shouldn’t be but it goes to show that nobody even went in the apartment before giving the key. Get it together!

I have to just point out I don’t write reviews unless I think it’s worth the time. Daphne & Angie both have been so awesome throughout this whole process. My husband and I started looking for a place around February that is closer to work and landed on the Blakely- Angie gave us our initial tour, let us know they just took over management in December so a lot of things were changing and so we were aware of the structure shift, which I appreciated. I love that we had OPTIONS. I had just gotten a new car so I was worried about approval, but we were able to do the guarantor option of putting a deposit down. It did push our move in date back a few weeks, but they held the apartment that we were interested in that had updated flooring and appliances. This location is an upgrade from where we were and there’s so much space to walk our dogs outside of the property, I love it! For where we are, you cannot beat the price of rent here with included amenities. We were paying almost $200 for WiFi at the old place. Here? $75. I’LL TAKE IT! My husband and I are so happy and did I mention Angie called me after the first night to ask how we’re settling in? That’s just beautiful human kindness.
