Current at the Grid

A one star is earned for this apartment complex. Now that I’ve decided to part ways after a year with this complex, let me tell you why it’s only a one star. Roaches: If you love to live with roaches everyday and have them appear day and night no matter how much you clean, then this is the place for you. Repairs: due to the apartments being a little outdated, it’s normal for repairs that need to be tended to, but whenever it’s the same repairs over and over that the front lady stops answering your calls cause they know it’s your number, it’s bad. Which leads me to the next problem. Attendance at the front office, my calls got forwarded REGULARLY. And on my final day at the residence I go to the office to drop off the keys, during business hours. No one is there. Sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for someone. No one showed up. Now I’d say this apartment complex is a 0 star, but the maintenance/repair man was quick to fix everything, super kind, and overall just pleasant. But there is only so much you can do. I would not recommend this apartment complex to friends, family or my worst enemy.

I had a great experience at this property! The manager Kaitlin is professional, welcoming, and truly cares about the community. You can tell strong leadership is in place because the property is always clean, well-maintained, and very organized. The atmosphere feels safe and inviting, and everything from the grounds to the common areas is kept in excellent condition. Overall, the management and upkeep here really stand out—in the best way! Highly recommend.
