  Johan has been a great help with handling things in the office and very personable, I appreciate the staff for helping as much as they can. Maintenance requests have arrived and fixed my issues pretty quickly either no complaints. Thank you Harmony

  For the most part I haven’t given these people any issues they also haven’t given me any either because I have paid my rent on time but some things just left a bad taste in my mouth. About 2 year ago moved in on the Phase 1 side the side without the office I had been complaining about my downstairs neighbor's loud obnoxious music. It took them a year to handle that situation by giving me the option to move but they literally gave me a day to move or I would be charged for my old unit and they wouldn’t honor my same rent price for the new unit. I have no idea what was done to the neighbors seen as they did nothing to them but I was able to move I was fine with that. Fast forward I get a email stating I owed money for the old unit which wasn’t disclosed and discussed when I was going through the process of moving. They told me I had until a certain date or it would go to my credit report. Then a couple days ago I had a leak under my bathroom sink I was under the assumption maintenance fixed it that wasn’t the case. So I had my wife schedule another maintenance report. This time the came out my bath towel was used a mop and placed back on the towel rack. I get home wash my hands and I go to dry them the towel is soaking wet I immediately asked my wife “hey did you use my towel” she said no. Today is Jan 5 I get a message from the apartment stating that the towel was on the floor as if they could use it but that still doesn’t explain why they would hang that same towel up next to not only my wife’s towel but my 1 year old toddler's towel as well just very disgusting unprofessional. Cassandra and Joanne ( SN: spell check I hope I got her name correct my apologies if I didn’t) they have always been good to me and my family I just feel there could be some improvement and situational awareness that could be handled better. Especially with maintenance and visitor parking. We were told trucks and vans taking up multiple parking spaces would be towed that hasn’t been the case.
