I recently moved into Highland Villas and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the very beginning, the staff has been professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They made the entire application and move-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. I love the layout and the peaceful atmosphere in the community. It truly feels like home already! A big thank you to the Highland Villas staff for their kindness, quick responses, and dedication to making residents feel valued. I’m so excited to start this new chapter here and would highly recommend Highland Villas to anyone looking for a great place to live

This property is nice inside. Very spacious and can’t beat that it has its own parking for each apartment. You don’t have to fight anyone for a spot lol. I love the privacy feel it gives. Your own little yard is so important for us. The only negative thing I would say is that it could use a bit of a color change on the outside, brighter or lighter colors but that’s minor honestly minor. The people in the office are nice and understanding too that’s a big plus. One of the ladies even gave me additional community support I was able to get my life insurance in order because of that info. Thank you!

I love the Highland villas of Arlington . They do not feel like apartments, they feel like home! The Management team are amazing ! I highly recommend renting here. Ayleen and Mary Ann have gone out of their way to make my experience a positive one. Martin the maintenance man is quick to repair anything I need

So far, this has been a great experience. Ms. Mary Ann is so kind, knowledgeable and patient. The community is quaint and quiet and reminds me of a storybook or movie village. Maintenance is friendly and timely. I hope to have a long stay here.

This has been the best apartment I've lived in so far. The building feels secure, and I’ve never had any issues with package theft. The environment is clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Maintenance is excellent, quick and reliable. Management is also great; they genuinely listen and respond to any concerns. I will recommend this to anyone.
