‼️DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE‼️ Maintenance is TOTAL GARBAGE. We’ve only lived here for almost a YEAR. Had issues from the start, starting with the dishwasher which they came to fix 3 TIMES And still didn’t fix it. Yet they claimed we didn’t know how to use it and were rude about it. Mind you we’ve had the same kind of dishwasher before living here. Then the cracks and holes everywhere due to lack of sealant causing a roach infestation then NOTHING from the office. Then our bedroom window not being sealed properly either and causing a flood into our room which I gave photo and video evidence to the office management and still NOTHING done about it. Now we have plumbing issues with our sinks and toilet. Emergency services came and couldn’t fix it. Said they’d call a company for them to come and NOBODY SHOWED UP. What is the purpose of emergency services if they aren’t gonna attend the emergency? All this apartment complex is good for is demanding rent money but don’t even have a maintenance crew capable of fixing simple things. Glad I chose not to renew my lease.

Property Manager:
The biggest issue with this property is the on-site property manager. From the start, management was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I repeatedly raised serious concerns and was ignored every time.
I lived in this apartment for 14 months, during which I experienced a severe cockroach infestation. I went to the leasing office at least five times and spoke directly to the property manager requesting pest control. Nothing was ever properly done, and the infestation continued.
After moving out, I was charged $534 for cleaning, bathroom scrubbing, and painting. After living in a unit for 14 months, normal wear and tear is expected, and these charges feel completely unreasonable—especially considering the unresolved pest issues caused by management neglect.
To make matters worse, I was threatened with collections and credit damage if I didn’t pay immediately. This experience was stressful, unfair, and handled poorly. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to think twice about the management.

First of all, i've never experienced such intelligence,And kindness in the process of finding a place to live. Lali, the leasing manager, made us feel totally at home. And it was her energy and vibrance that has encouraged us to look further into moving into this Apartment complex.She was very, very well Knowledged about everything that we needed to know She answered every question patiently, and believe me, we had a lot.Okay. Honestly, you never know who you're gonna meet when you meet a leasing manager.But this was the perfect person for us to meet today.We are very pleased.

Adriana has been a fantastic property manager. She’s always quick to respond whenever I have a question or a maintenance request, and she follows through to make sure everything gets taken care of. What I really appreciate is how approachable and professional she is. it makes a big difference knowing that I can reach out and actually get a clear, helpful response.
She pays attention to details and communicates well, which has made living here a stress-free experience. I’ve rented at other places before, and the level of service Adriana provides is honestly above and beyond. Very grateful to have her managing the property!
