I cannot say enough amazing and wonderful things about Sholanda. She consistently brings warmth and positivity to every interaction. She is genuinely kind, caring, and thoughtful, always taking the time to make others feel valued and supported. Her natural sweetness and welcoming spirit leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets.What truly sets Sholanda apart from anyone I know is her constant positivity. She carries herself with grace and always has a smile on her face, creating an uplifting atmosphere wherever she goes. Her compassionate nature and ability to connect with others make her not only a joy to be around, but someone people naturally trust and appreciate. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with or know Sholanda will quickly recognize her exceptional character and the genuine care she shows to those around her.

I can’t say enough good things about Sholanda ! She is genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The Jones one nice and affordable place to stay. I give this office a 10/10. I been here 2 years and it’s been every bit of amazing. Moving from MS to Texas was definitely easy thank to The Jones. They also get you moved in really fast. ( NO WAITING LIST ) 🥰 Nice management , very affordable , good staff and maintenance.. 24hr laundry mat , very quiet community , pet friendly and they also work with you. I absolutely love it. I recommend this place to my sister and she moved here with the quickness. We have been loving it here.

WOW! The people in the office threw a Christmas gift giving party for us yesterday and it was amazing. It wasn’t your typical Christmas party. I’ve lived in several apartments and they never had anything like this for us. There were at least 50 presents under the tree, REAL PRESENTS, not fake boxes for decor. They made sure that every child that came left with a gift some left with more than one. They even had gifts for our pets. They even raffled a pretty big TV (I didn’t win it 🥲) and a neighbor actually won it. As a matter of fact, that neighbor won like 8 gifts (we all had raffle tickets to keep it fair). I’m so impressed y’all! This new office group has really changed the vibe here. I mean, the place isn’t a brand spanking new apartment place but you can tell that this group (the staff used to change A LOT, this group has been here the longest so far ) is really trying and they try to think of us. The fact that they thought of them kids is top shelf and them babies were HAPPY! Job well done you guys. Shout out to Ms. Sholonda, girl y’all did that!

I absolutely love what this community has become. The recent management has done a great job getting everyone together and celebrating the members young to older. Most recently we had a Halloween party, Thanksgiving basket raffle, and then tonight a holiday party! I really appreciate they make sure everyone leaves with something. They do a two gift maximum until every household there has something and then they allow more. They keep it fair and consistent. A family tonight won several gifts and then even won the grand prize... a TV! I mean, how cool! They don't have to do anything, but I appreciate the more recent community engagement! I appreciate the security patrol and how they tow cars that aren't registered. I say this even having made the mistake of forgetting to register my guests car overnight and it got towed. So yes, it was a costly mistake, but they are on top of everything here at the complex. Keep up the great work and looking forward to another year here at The Jones!
