Horrible place to stay at. I have been here almost a whole year with no working toilets, I have 2 showers but only one works, half of the outlets don't work, and my dishwasher was replaced with an old dishwasher that had roaches in it and it still doesnt work. After they removed the dishwasher they left it on the sidewalk until my neighbor called code of compliance. My apartment is not the only horrible apartment. My other neighbors have the same complaints and informed me to call the city of Arlington. The leasing office will only make excuses to not fix the issue or say they are new management, however the new management has been there for months now. Rather than the leasing office trying to fix the problem they will argue with you and try to make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. After I call the CITY OF ARLINGTON CODE OF COMPLIANCE they told me I could no longer renew my lease. If you are staying here and they will not fix your apartment call CODE OF COMPLIANCE CITY OF ARLINGTON. They will not direct you to them because they already have so many complaints against them. Ask for Giovanni! The good reviews are fake and are there to keep the rating farely decent. The only thing good about these apartments are the tenants. We try to stick together and help each other out. Maintenance is non existent here. Save yourself the stressing, crying, and frustration, do not move here

DO NOT MOVE HERE! My mom and I have been staying here for 10 months with no working toilets in either bathroom. The dishwasher has never worked it is just sitting with dirty water in it. Half of the outlets don't work and there is even one poking out which looks dangerous. The bathroom sink leaks too. We have been here 10 months and they will not fix it for my mom. They will tell you to put in a work order and then say they don't see it or they are working on it. For 10 months we have been using a bucket to flush the toilet. My neighbor toilets doesn't work either. My mom pays for pest control every month but no one has ever came. I will take pictures when I get home to show you all.
