My son just moved into the Park Building and we are overall very satisfied so far. We had an issue with the dishwasher and it had to be replaced — everything was handled very quickly. The management was extremely responsive. Salvador, the handyman, was amazing: very kind, professional, efficient, and helpful! Thank you team Parker.

I am updating my previous one-star review to reflect more recent experiences. After I left my unhappy review, management contacted me to discuss the concerns I had shared. They explained that there had been a transition in the leasing office right at the time I was moving in, which caused many of the misunderstandings I experienced. Elicia personally followed up with me and resolved the issue regarding the one-month free concession, which I truly appreciate. Since then, I have also noticed improvements in daily maintenance, more convenient office hours, and better access to the management team. It’s clear that the new management and staff are making an effort to improve operations, and those changes are visible. I believe an updated review carries more value than a one-time positive review, which is why I wanted to share this. I hope management continues to build on these improvements, because it makes a big difference for current and future residents. I’ve been very unsatisfied with my experience living here. The front office and management team are extremely disorganized and unhelpful. Before moving in, I called their office to ask whether the apartment I was interested in qualified for the leasing special they were advertising (up to several weeks of free rent). The person on the phone assured me that it did, and that was the reason I chose this apartment. However, after moving in, they told me my unit did not qualify for that special offer. On top of that, they miscalculated my prorated rent, charging me almost $200 more than I should have paid. If I hadn’t noticed and reminded them, they wouldn’t have corrected it or given me any credit. Another example of how dysfunctional things are here: couriers are not allowed into the building, even if you’ve paid for “to-door” delivery services. All packages, including heavy ones, must be left in the package room. Tenants have to carry them to their apartments, but there’s either no trolley available or there’s always some issue with it. Their office hours are also very inconvenient for people who work, making it difficult to find anyone in the office when you need help. And even if you do find someone, they often seem unwilling to provide any service that would make life easier for tenants. Given how expensive it is to live here, the lack of support and poor communication make things especially frustrating for professionals. I would not recommend these apartments unless significant improvements are made in how the management operates and serves residents.
