EDIT: Hi Jessica, I stand by what I said, and you are actually the most unethical of all the staff. You know what you did. Please don't try to make yourself look good by making false claims. I had the worst living experience here out of all the places I've lived. SG real estate is run by unethical people who do not care at all about their tenants. Listen to the other negative reviews about the property. SG real estate advertised "luxury" but the architecture of the unit is constructed with such poor quality materials. I put in a maintenance request biweekly, none of the appliances work. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors’ footsteps at night. The floor boards are cracked. The front desk staff Alexus scammed me and made me false promises about my rent. DO NOT RENT HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND HEADACHE.

My husband and I came out to visit a friend who lives at Aquatic Shattuck she’s been raving about this place since she moved in two years ago. It was our first time seeing the place in person, we fell in love ! The aesthetics of the place is a 10 out of 10 ! On our way out we ran into Alexus OMG such a sweetheart! Very professional! Very knowledgeable! And she’s so down to earth ! We’ve been looking to move and after spending time with my friend at her apartment and speaking with Alexus it made our decision soooo much easier! We WILL be moving and staying at Aquatic Shattuck ! Would highly recommend! Make sure you ask for Alexus ! If you want that amazing experience!
