Blake at Berkeley

I had a tour at Blake Apartments, and I must say it has been a true pleasure meeting with both Nila and Cesar. Nila has always been welcoming, professional, hardworking, and very knowledgeable about the property. I’ve seen how she interacts with the residents, and it’s clear they are lucky to have her. Her rapport with them is wonderful, and the residents clearly appreciate her. Cesar is equally welcoming and professional. Highly recommend this place!

So, we've been living in Blake for about 2 years now, and we're really happy with it. It's a nice, modern apartment complex with everything you need. My favorite spot is the rooftop – they've got a BBQ area and a fireplace, and recently they added table tennis and a pool table, which is cool. Plus, they throw events and parties for us tenants sometimes, which is a nice touch. The management here is top-notch. The maintenance crew is always around, 24/7, and they're quick to fix any issues. Shoutout to Manager Ruby, she's awesome. She really goes above and beyond to make sure everyone's happy. I've never had a manager care so much before. She treats us like family and sorts out any problems super fast. Blake at Berkeley is lucky to have her. If you're looking for a chill place to live near downtown Berkeley, this is it. It's super convenient – you can walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bart station is close too. Great choice if you ask me.

Living here has been such a great experience! Nila from property management and Cesar from maintenance are the absolute best. Any time something comes up, they’re right there to help and always go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. It doesn’t feel like one of those faceless property management companies, you actually see them around every day, and they’re always friendly and available. They really make this place feel like home. Couldn’t ask for a better team!

Moved across the country to the Blake, and I can’t express enough how easy the move-in was! The building definitely exceeded our expectations - everything is clean and maintenance is phenomenal! The staff is so friendly and helpful too! Cesar and Nila have always been so attentive and made us feel like home from the first day. We’re super happy to have chosen the Blake as our new home!

The facilities are well maintained. The convenience store within a 10-minute walk has been a great help in settling in. I am especially grateful to all the kind staff who supported me with both the move-in process and ongoing management. Blake is truly a wonderful place to choose as a home.
